From the heart of the complex rises an elegant 20-storey tower with luxurious rooms and suites, offering spectacular views of the gardens or the blue Aegean Sea. Adjacent to the Tower stands the 7 storey Executive VIP Wing, fully dedicated to the special needs of business travelers and conference delegates.
On the slope of the hill, within well-kept gardens are 14 units with studios, apartments and bungalows.
The radical renovation of the 20th Storey Tower and reception areas, completed by the beginning of the year 2001, has been planned and undertaken by renowned Demou & Associates Interior Designers (about Grand Renovation).
The halls, rooms and lounges of the Center can be used individually or combined offering a total of approximately 5,500m2 (59,200ft2) of meetings and exhibition floor space, able to customize for almost any event.
Moreover the Entrance Foyer and the Atrium Lobby, with a total combined area of 1,400m2 serve as link between the Center, the Hotel Tower and the Executive VIP wing. Both areas feature truck vehicular access, full catering facilities, storage rooms, the most up-to-date Audiovisual technical support and are also suitable for the less mobile with ramps and toilets for people with special needs. Organizers have also at their disposal a dedicated Business Center, two Hospitality Desk and a soundproof VIP Lounge.
